about

Linden works in a thoughtful, relational way, balancing support with gentle challenge. She tends to notice patterns quickly, while allowing space for them to unfold at a pace that feels manageable.

Clients often describe feeling both understood and encouraged to see things from a new perspective. Her approach is not about fixing, but about helping people make sense of their experiences so they can move through their lives with greater clarity, choice, and self-trust.

Originally trained in the US, but not UK-based she has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Marriage and Family Therapy. And a undergraduate degree in Psychology.

She works collaboratively with clients navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and family dynamics. Linden supports individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns, including identity, emotional wellbeing, communication, and relational change.

Her practice welcomes anyone curious about self-development or seeking to feel more grounded and understood. Her approach is integrative and culturally responsive, informed by years of experience in both mental health and creative settings.

Linden is currently welcoming new clients for online sessions within the UK and Europe.
