about
Linden works in a thoughtful, relational way, balancing support with gentle challenge. She tends to notice patterns quickly, while allowing space for them to unfold at a pace that feels manageable.
Clients often describe feeling both deeply understood and encouraged to see themselves and their relationships from a new perspective. Her work is not about fixing, but about helping people make sense of their experiences so they can move through life with greater clarity, choice, and self-trust.
She works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, family dynamics, and emotional wellbeing.
Her practice welcomes anyone seeking deeper self-understanding, relational insight, or a greater sense of grounding and connection.Linden’s approach is integrative and culturally responsive, informed by experience across both mental health and creative settings.
Originally trained in the US and now based in the UK, Linden holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is currently welcoming new clients for online sessions across the UK and Europe.
