about

Linden Van Cantfort is a psychotherapist with extensive experience providing high-quality, inclusive, and trauma-informed therapy for adults and adolescents. With a deep passion for mental health and personal growth, she has spent years cultivating her skills across a variety of clinical, community-based, and private practice settings. She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor her work to each unique individual, with particular emphasis on relational dynamics, identity exploration, and the mind-body connection. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in a belief that meaningful change is possible when individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Based in the UK, Linden has launched her private practice and is currently welcoming new clients. She works with individuals, couples, and families. In addition, she offers a 12-session prenatal and postnatal therapy intensive—a focused offering for individuals and couples navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts of the perinatal period.

Whether working with adolescents navigating identity, adults healing from complex trauma, or seeking a deeper meaning of self, Linden brings warmth, curiosity, and clinical expertise to every session. Linden’s work is rooted in helping clients dismantle limiting beliefs, heal from trauma, and build more authentic, connected lives.
